Hiring Mr.Cha was the best decision I could’ve ever made. From the beginning when I first met him he was very upfront and specific on what had to be done in order to get me the best possible outcome for me and my case. Before every court date he advised what was going to be done and what I had to get done! He was always keeping me informed on any information he got and all of the evidence that was submitted even going the extra mile and reminding me of upcoming court dates in advance. From the beginning of my case, Jimmy was extremely understanding and professional. He exceeded my expectations regarding my case that was ongoing for over a year.
He would check-in and set friendly reminders of any and all upcoming court dates explaining any paperwork that wascneeded by a specific date. He is extremely detail-oriented and gives you realistic outcomes on the possibilities of your case, which I needed. I did not want anything to be sugarcoated. Though this was a complicated case, Jimmy was there to walk me through each and every process. He never placed judgement based off my charges but instead viewed me as a fellow human being. He shared his personal and professional advice in understanding, accepting and overcoming mistakes and the importance of moving forward.

There are not enough words to say how grateful I am for Jimmy Cha. He helped me with my dui probation violation case possibility of jail time. From the start he was very helpful he kept me updated through email calls very responsive. He was able to get my case dismissed no warrant for my arrest no need to take dui classes or work program and no jail time. He saved me money time I am very grateful for your service. Jimmy you're the man I Highly recommend him.

I met Jimmy at the court house, I was representing myself and was advised by the judge I needed proper representation in my case. He took time to hear me out and gave me advice despite not being my attorney (yet). I shortly hired Mr.Cha with very minimal time to file and prepare for my case he demonstrated urgency and showed compassion for my situation demonstrating he valued me as a client and my case to have the proper solution. he turned my case right side up and can say I am beyond pleased with the outcome. Mr. Jimmy Cha got me an early probation termination and an expungement all in the same hearing. Jimmy thank you so much for the time and urgency demonstrated, as I hope to not be in these situations again, I definitely have my go to guy to get me out of it. Best of luck Jimmy and blessings!

Jimmy Cha, he is a rare breed and let me tell you why. I needed help and wasnt sure if i needed defending, well my son needed the help. So i left the same message throughout all the area, 5 different crim defense attorneys Each one got back to me and main topid of the call was their retainer. Mr Cha returned my call but his main concern was to tell me hes off work for a while to help his wife with his new baby.It doesnt stop there, he spent an hour talking with me that night. Then he called 1 week later to follow up. This guy is a true stand up guy. His compassion and patience is well worth the cost. He speaks better english than i and im 57 year old 7th generation American... thats rare in this day and state..

Honest and straight forward. Jimmy breaks it down for you so you really understand how the situation will play out. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy when it comes the situation and will always point you the right direction to set you up for success.

Jimmy has been excellent throughout the whole process of my case. He clarified any questions that I had and always reassured me when I had doubts. In addition, any processes or documentation that was required he made sure to guide me so that I felt at ease. He consistently followed up with any updates and was able to get the case dismissed.

Would recommend to anyone who needs assistance or some legal advice!

 Verified I've heard great things about Jimmy prior to my case -- I never thought I'd find myself in a situation where I would need to hire an attorney, but sure enough I was in a predicament which required me to hire Jimmy. Jimmy handled my case professionally and thoroughly. Any and all questions I had had answers and he explained all processes and proceedings to where I felt confident that my case was in good hands.  Verified Found myself in a spot I'd never find myself in...needing a criminal attorney, or at least advice from a criminal attorney, and Jimmy provided just that.  He was calm, cool, collected, talked to me for around 25 minutes on his own time, and gave me the advice on what to do and that I may not even need an attorney.  And he was right! Getting a DUI is an incredibly stressful experience, but Jimmy guided me through the entire process with confidence and reassurance. I first reached out to him over Labor Day weekend, expecting a delayed response due to the holiday weekend. To my surprise, he called me the very next day. From our first meeting, Jimmy clearly outlined his strategy, explained the game plan, and assured me that he would do everything possible to resolve my case.
