After a domestic violence call, a man left the scene. He was pulled over by police and was eventually charged with eluding police, resisting arrest and assault. New video showed the man being beat up while his hands were in the air. After new video showed the man was innocent, all charges were dropped and two of the officers were indicted on conspiracy and official misconduct. The officer who struck the man was also charged with aggravated assault. All this was caught on video. To read and see more of this click here.
