Bio:
Jimmy Cha is a solo practitioner of The Law Office of Jimmy Cha and dedicates his practice solely to criminal defense. Mr. Cha graduated from UCLA with a degree in Sociology, and earned his Juris Doctorate from Western State University College of Law, along with a Certificate in Criminal Law Studies.

During law school, Mr. Cha externed at the Orange County Public Defender's Office and Juvenile Defender's Office. He served as a law clerk during law school, and was an independent gang profiler for criminal defense attorneys.

Mr. Cha continues to give back to the community by serving as a guest speaker and as a mentor to inner city youth. Mr. Cha is also a member of the following organizations:

Many criminal defense attorneys like to boast that they were former prosecutors or police officers. Jimmy Cha was never a former prosecutor or police officer. Mr. Cha has never prosecuted or convicted anyone; nor has he ever put anyone in jail. He assists those who are facing criminal charges and the serious consequences of a conviction, as a criminal conviction may have many adverse consequences on an individual.
